Clifford Ford has been active for over 40 years as composer, arranger, editor, engraver, and publisher. For 21 years as Executive Secretary of the Canadian Musical Heritage Society he was responsible for the general management of the Society as well as editor of four of the 25 volumes making up The Canadian Musical Heritage anthology. After the closing the Canadian Musical Heritage Society in 2003 Clifford Ford Publications was established to keep our heritage music available to performers and teachers as well as to the general public. In 2010 he donated the materials making up The Canadian Musical Heritage Series to the Canadian Music Centre.
